It effectively seals gaps between building materials to prevent the entry of liquids, air, and pests. Once dried, it forms a flexible, waterproofing membrane for long-lasting protection.
APPLICATION DETAILS
- Primary Uses:
- Filling cracks and construction joints in concrete walls and roofs.
- Sealing gaps in corrugated GI and asbestos sheets.
- Repairing gutters and woodwork.
- Suitable for numerous other applications requiring a durable, waterproof filler.
- Surface Preparation:
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.
- Method of Application:
- Apply using a spatula or other suitable tools for smooth filling.
- Color:
- Black.
- Drying Time:
- 48–72 hours, depending on the thickness and conditions.
HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
- Contains petroleum hydrocarbons; ensure good ventilation during use.
- Keep away from naked flames and heat sources during application.
- Skin Contact:Â Remove splashes with Neptune Turpentine or kerosene oil, then wash thoroughly with soap and water.
- Storage:Â Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
